Media Advisory: NOAA to announce 2013 U.S. spring outlook and flood risk

NOAA will host its annual spring outlook media teleconference to discuss the national spring flood potential, deliver the 90-day temperature and precipitation outlook and discuss current drought and future projections. A representative from FEMA will discuss flood preparedness. National Flood Safety Awareness Week runs March 18-22, 2013.
