On Thursday, NOAA climate and weather experts will review key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate reports for the month of July, provide a temperature and precipation outlook through November, and discuss the U.S. hazards outlook for the next two weeks. Additionally,the Illinois State Climatologist will be available to discuss drought impacts in the Midwest.
